Hire Charges From 1st April 2025
 

There is a 50% discount on these rates for those residing in Worth Parish.
Kitchen lighting is included.
Heating and Electricity sockets are pay as you go – please bring plenty of coins.

1. Regular Weekly or Monthly Meetings
      £39.00 per session, or £14.00 per hour.

 2. Occasional Hire – Mornings, Afternoons or Evenings. 
      £40.00 per session, or £14.00 per hour.

Sessions are defined as:-
Mornings – 9am to 2pm
Afternoons – 2pm to 7pm
Evenings – 7pm to 10.45pm

Any overlap of morning/afternoon or afternoon/evening sessions will be considered as two hires and charged at either the appropriate session rate, or at a rate of £14.00 an hour, whichever is less.

 3. Fund-Raising Events – £22.00 per session

 4. Parties – (i) Morning or Afternoon (see below *) – £57.00
                   (ii) Evening parties and wedding receptions – £175.00

*There is discretion to charge village rates for children’s parties where the children attend Worth Primary School

 5. Elections – (i) Parish – £68.00
                      (ii) General, County, District and European – £164.00

 6. ‘Setting-Up’ Sessions – Morning, Afternoon or Evening (see below *) 

*Charged at either the session rate, or at a rate of £14.00 an hour, whichever is less.
